Perthmore Development Co. is currently revealing it’s over all plain which consists of 300+ building lots. It also has three residential condominium style buildings and all so plans to release its highway 7 land for commercial use as it’s currently going through planning.
The overall plan will allow for a direct entrance to highway 7 off the new Perth arterial road which plans to be built in the future.
